ENG: New launch window in less than 4 hours!
Updated: Jul 8, 2020
Hello everyone, David here, and today's just a quick update on the Demo-2 Crew launch.
The launch window is in T-3h54min, so tune in on either NASA's or SpaceX's youtube channel to watch the launch. Weather is looking good down at Florida, so I would say, so far, we are go-for-launch!
Again, this is a historic launch for various reasons, so make sure to check out my post on that. Doug and Bob are currently already in their spacesuits, which have already been checked for comms, pressurization, etc., so the next step will be taking them to Launch Complex 39 - Pad A, and from there on they'll board the spacecraft, go through a series of checklists and fly away to the I.S.S!
Well, that was it for a quick update. Again, please watch this launch, it really is a big deal. After the launch, I will probably write again to talk about the launch once more (hopefully cheering for a successful mission), so I'll see you all then. Peace!
